The 3rd Martial Arts Championship of World Budo Federation(WBF) will be
done
with the branches of semi-contact, full contact- man,woman - kumite kata,
weapon kata and musical kata in Turkish REPUBLIC of Northern CYPRUS on
22-29 October 2007.The required program is attached to the e-mail.World
Championship will start on 28 October 2007 at 10:00 . The categories are
indicated below.The countries which want to come to these competitions,
must confirm as soon as possible.Then you will send us the names of the
coming people.The accommodation
fee, all meals and the travel between the camp and salloon will be paid by
us.To be able to take visa easier, you must go to Turkish Consulate with
the official invitation letter wihch we sent to you.
In the lapta camp , you will stay without fee.If you dont want to
stay in the
lapta camp, you can stay in around hotels with paying your own money.
We are waiting you to this 3. World championship.
The participation fee for each sportsman is 10$.You have to pay this
fee while
you are sending us the list.

OFFICIAL INVITATION TO THE INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS THAT WILL TAKE PLACE IN TURKISH REPUBLIC OF NORTHERN CYPRUS
To the Attention of Heads of Federations, Grand Masters, and Coachs
In 22-28th October 2007 at Girne EuroAsia Taekwondo Center there will be held 6th International Event by the Taekwondo federation of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
The teams that wish to participate at this event need to send their team lists to the Head of Taekwondo Federation of TRNC.
The guests from participating countries will be hosted at the Lapta Youth Center, the federation will especially hold the transportation between the Lapta Youth Center and Eurasia Taekwondo center. Those teams that prefer to stay at the hotels other than Lapta Camp Center will have to meet their own expenses.
The competitions will take in three disciplines (Taeryon/Kumite/Musabaka, Kyokpa/Kiris, Hyong/Pumse/Kata). The member guests will have to bring their own protection clothes with them. Each team will also be required to bring two flags of their countries with them. Those teams that will state their flight dates will be provided with free transportation from the airport to the camp center.

Dear Grand Masters, Masters, Instructors, Sensei’s and Students:
It gives me great pleasure to invite you and your students to the 37th Annual Battle of Detroit. Wow it has been 37 years running- seems like only yesterday. We must be doing something right to have been going for 37 years. As always our goal is to run a quality tournament with as little politics as possible, just clean fun martial arts competition run as smooth and fair as possible. We run two sets of rules for sparring, point and continuous. We have separate Forms divisions for Tang Soo Do, Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Chinese,Open and Extreme Forms.
We have over 1,000 Awards and some cash prizes. Giant Trophy to the school with most pre-registered students, giant trophy to the school that brings the most students, 100 t-shirts given free to the first 100 pre-registered students. We will give a participation ribbon to every competitor so no one goes home with nothing. We will also have a moment of silence at this event in honor of Grand Master Jae Joon Kim and Grand Master Marshal Johnson both Michigan Martial Arts Pioneers whom passed away this year.

Hahaha! Greetings to all from the tough, so-far, US! I'll be honest here when I say that I didn't really realize how serious this stuff was when I was freestyling until I started working on my endurance, besides strength which can easily fade if you don't understand your own bodily systems when it comes to breathing - or better yet what in you animates it. i remember clearly my first day at the dojo,i walked up to sensei kazeem bakare 2 enquire about karate.i begun with a class dat wuld 4ever change me.that class was a kandoshin karate class.never seen a style that believes in the "no-supreme style" philosophy as much as dis.to be honest man,its kandoshin 4 life......shinka damilola sholademi
