I started the study of the martial arts/fighting arts or the so called budo or bu-jutsu by the orientals in 1962.
1965 - earn the grade of black belt - 1st dan: karate - jitsu/okinawate.
At this period i have been studying verious form of martial arts and combat arts.
1967 - 2nd dan, black belt.
1970 - 3rd dan black belt - and confirmed by international shorinryu kenshinkan karatedo and kobudo federation(okinawa- prefecture of japan) in 1973.
I study and trained in korean ,japanese,chinese karate or martial arts system and also in the western form of combat education e.g wrestling,boxing and african fighting arts.
Due to my wide knowlege of the combat education, in 1975 created a form of combat science called KANDOSHIN which in it core comprises of what I have learned so far and the open truth of the existing martial arts or fighting arts.
The kandoshin made known to the nigerian public in 1986 official - with it's first demostration at the TAFAWA BALEWA COMPLEX in lagos. This combat education is house hold name in nigeria martial arts science. The core of this combat science is taking from the following; karate,taekwondo,kung-fu,jiujitsu,aikido, boxing,capoera,savate,wrestling etc.
In 1975 - the NIGERIA UNITED KANDOSHIN UNION(NUKU) was formed, and founding member body of the national official karate organisation in nigeria - THE KARATE FEDERATION OF NIGERIA(KFN), which was formerly known as karate association of nigeria(KAN) - from FEDERATION OF ALL-NIGERIA KARATEDO ORGANIZATIONS(FANKO), this body got recognition in 1991 by MAJOR GENERAL Y.Y. KURE, the sports minister then and change the name to KAN, then the board of KAN due to the government policy of sports - the name is again - changed to (KFN).
I am the first national coach/technical director of KFN.
1981 - 6th dan black belt and PhD martial arts education(england).
1987 - 7th dan: kandoshin
1994 - 8th dan: kandoshin
